Marco Vitale. 30 Years in NVC.
The most trusted tradesman in the Trades District. Honest work, master craft, and a phone that's always on.
The Origin
Marco started Vitale Plumbing at 20. Grew up in the Trades District, apprenticed under the old guard, and built the business on word-of-mouth referrals. He has never run a paid ad.
When other outfits were chasing volume, Marco was chasing quality. One job at a time, one customer at a time. Thirty years later, the approach hasn't changed — but the city has learned to trust it.
The Legend
The Night Ember & Salt Almost Didn't Open
"I got the call around 11pm. Chef Adrienne was frantic — water was pooling in the kitchen, the opening was in twelve hours, and every contractor she'd tried had their phone off. I told her I'd be there in twenty minutes."
"It was a clean break in the main supply line behind the prep station. Somebody had nicked it during the renovation and it finally gave. I had the parts on the van. By 2am it was solid. By 6am they were prepping for service."
"Adrienne has my cell. She's never had to use it for an emergency since."
— Marco Vitale
"I've been in construction in this city for thirty years. I've worked with every plumber in town. Marco is the one I trust."

The Trades District Ethos
Trades Blvd isn't just an address — it's a way of doing business. Four shops in a row: Washington Motors, Vitale Plumbing, Cole Electric, and Polaris HVAC. We share tools, we share referrals, and we share a standard.
When James Pelletier at Polaris runs into water on an HVAC job, he calls Marco. When Darius Cole finds a plumbing issue behind an electrical panel, he calls Marco. That's not a business arrangement — it's thirty years of trust.
The Team
Every plumber on our crew is fully licensed and trained to Marco's standard. We don't subcontract, we don't cut corners, and we don't send someone we wouldn't trust in our own home.
